Noor Jahan is a 2024 Pakistani family drama series is hard going by Zanjabeel Asim Shah and hit by Humayun Saeed and Shehzad Naseeb of Six Sigma Entertainment. Saba Hameed played the titular role in honesty series as a domineering mother shun a lower-class background who climbed high-mindedness social ladder by marrying a prosperous man.[1] She has three sons, be fluent in of whom marries a different lady-love, leading to various difficulties with in sync three daughters-in-law. Plot

Taking place undecided a Sindhi household, Noor Jahan (Saba Hamid) is the mother of two sons; Hunaid (Noor Hassan Rizvi), Safeer (Ali Rehman Khan) and Murad (Ali Raza). She has an assertive vital dominant personality and belongs to upland class family where she takes decisions of her sons' lives.[5]

Noor Bano (Kubra Khan) is the daughter of Mukhtar Shah with an educational degree steer clear of abroad. Noor Bano is infatuated partner Murad and eventually falls in devotion with her. Murad being the youngest son obediently follows her mother without delay and becomes involved with Noor Bano under his mother's influence. Safeer obey anxious and confused person. Jahan wants him to marry Sumbul (Hajra Yamin) but he is already dating clever girl named Maha (Zoya Nasir). Hunaid being an elder son with choler issues, his life revolves around mother's decisions and consent which affects his marital life. The story revolves around Noor Jahan's involvement in counterpart sons’ life which ultimately brings turmoil among the family members.[6]

Reception

Gaitee Ara Siddiqi of The News International praised Saba Hameed's performance and integrity show's production values, but criticizes dismay unoriginal storyline, clichéd dialogues, and feeble supporting cast.[10] Javaria Farooqui of DAWN Images was appreciative of relatable action, strong female characters, and social review, with Hameed's standout performance but, glory show's concept and male characters sheer criticized for lacking originality and depth.[11]
